I don't understand the title. Needs more obvious Star Trekness to it at the beginning. And you should learn how to draw shine properly, at least semi-properly.

The title is a parody of a Star Trek (The Original Series) episode named The Alternative Factor even though the holodeck did not appear until The Next Generation. If you're a Star Trek fan then the dialogue and the grid will instantly give it away.
